Private Lesson – Work one-on-one with the instructor and learn the Pilates principles through private instruction. Call and make your standing scheduled appointment.
Duet Lessons – train with two people on various pieces of Pilates equipment. Call and schedule your standing appointment.
Semi-Private Lessons – train with up to four people on various pieces of Pilates equipment. Call and schedule your standing appointment.
Equipment Lessons – train with up to four people on various pieces of Pilates equipment. This class will be first come first serve and may be scheduled by calling for a reservation.
Mat and Tower Lessons – train with up to five people in this mat and tower combination class. This class will challenge your mat workout and enhance your core and flexibility. This class will be first come first serve and may be scheduled by calling for a reservation.
Mat Classes – train with up to twelve people in a mat class. Mat will work your core and allow you to challenge yourself using your own body weight. Please call to reserve your spot, class size is limited.
